I’m back in two ways. Firstly, I’m back in Australia after an AMAZING time visiting Singapore and Malaysia. Seriously one of the best holidays I’ve been on in forever, even though I was sick. I think it was a combination of the fact that after living in Ukraine for 2.5 years, being in a foreign place became kind of ‘normal’, and also the fact that we stayed with our very generous friends (I mean hello? We are a family of FOUR PEOPLE now… that’s a lot of people to invite into a three bedroom apartment).

The other way I am ‘back’ – well, here’s a secret. I started a new blog. I posted three times. And it just felt wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. I felt like I was cheating on myself, and cheating myself. This blog is a mess. The categories need to be cleaned up. That’s about it. Other than that it’s a personal blog so it’s designed to be all about me, right? Which it is.

When push came to shove, even though I don’t post all that often, I couldn’t turn my back on this little blog that’s collected so many memories over the past five years.

So there you go. I’m back.
